As the pace and workload for IROs increases, the benefits of joining The NIRI Florida Chapter become even more enticing. There are many compelling reasons you should become a Florida member:

  1. Participate Conveniently: Programs and social networking events are planned locally letting members conveniently participate from the areas they work, live or frequently visit.
  2. Pursue Professional Development: Stay informed about leading national and local trends and “hot topics” in Investor Relations.
  3. Access Resources: Networking with other IROs in person at local meetings is a great way to have your questions answered by those within the same field as you.  Also, the people you meet are great sounding boards for your ideas, questions, and opinions.
  4. Expand Your Network: Interact with Florida members through attending meetings across the State of Florida.  Our meetings are held multiple times in the following Cities:  Miami, Orlando, Tampa, Jacksonville, and Naples/Ft. Myers.  There is no reason to miss a local meeting and should you be in the area on other event dates, you can stop in, build your Florida network, and gain the insight from more IR professionals in the Florida Chapter.
  5. Free admission to chapter events: Local meetings are provided at no cost to chapter members.
  6. Free admission for a colleague: If you are unable to attend an event, you may send a colleague from your company in your place at no charge.
